Dr. Jacques von Hamsterviel is a diminutive alien scientist, originally of an unknown species, who cloned himself and later used an ancient formula to transform himself into a powerful genetic experiment. The original Hamsterviel was brutally killed by Leroy for all the suffering he had caused the ohana, while the clone was defeated and killed by the ohana's combined efforts.

Hämsterviel is a short, chubby, rat-like jeboa-alien with white cat-like fur and red eyes a gerbil-like legs, long rabbit-like ears a mouse-like buck teeth, a pink beaver-like nose, and a long lion-like tail with bushy brown cow-like tail tuft at the tip. Hämsterviel always wears a red cape with a gold "H" brooch attached to it.
